The studio was spacious. Beds comfortable. Kitchen reasonably well equipped with microwave, fridge and hob. It was difficult to get a feel of the hotel as it was off season and very quiet. Reception staff friendly. -

The staff at reception particularly adrian and monce(not sure this iscorrect spelling)were as helpful and courteous as I have come across - Right in the miidle of the action. Big indoor swimming pool. Nice tapas bar downstairs ("Bodeguita de en medio") where for each beer you get a little tapa. Breakfast is excellent. Nice lounge area.

Fantastic position, close to pistes and lifts. Warm welcome and excellent clean accommodation. Corridors and communal areas noisy due to school parties but plenty of space and well designed to cope with large groups. Friendly and adequate staffing. Would certainly recommend especially for families. -

Compact but it fitted the bill. Lovely view of the plaza and pistes.
Underground parking was very convenient, and had it not poured with rain
on the day of vacating the Hotel, the kind lady, Maria said we could
leave our car in the underground parking till 5p.m, but torrential rain
(not snow) stopped play so we drove back to Almeria. -

The man at reception was helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We checked in late (about midnight) with no hassle or extra charge. The hotel was warm and comfortable. Parking on the road just outside but I imagine it gets busy in peak periods. Great value!

Excellent bar and location on the slopes, very clean and attractive hotel. - access to the ski slopes and rental shop. the staff was helpful. it was nice that the day we checked out, they held our bags while we skied and then let us shower in the spa area before heading home. our room was large and very clean.

The apartment was nice and warm, loved the under-floor heating! The easy access from the car park to the rooms was a definite bonus. - The rooms (2 x 4 person studio's) were cheap, and clean. Near the ski lifts.

The hotel was decent for the price you pay in that ski-resort. The room we got was perfectly clean and even if the staff had a hard time communicating in English she tried hard to help us with wathever questions or needs. Having stayed at quite a few of these type of low cost, self catering
apartments in Sierra Nevada, we thought we knew what to expect. Having
packed the car to the roof with everything we could possibly need for
our 5 day stay we were shocked to find that we barely needed anything;
