  bra och kunnig personal i receptionen, närhet till shopping och uteliv - Det var skillnad på om man bodde i huvudbyggnaden eller i annexet. Annexet var allt väldigt bra, städning, komfort i rummet mm. Bra litet gym att använda. Poolområdet helt ok.

  Excellent location and facilities. Came here a few years ago and hotel definitely needed updating.The recent revamp has made this an excellent place to stay.Location could not be better - sea view rooms overlook the marina with views of cathedral to left and cruise ships to the right. Only 10 minutes walk along promenade into the beautiful, cultur... vad folk säger » ed and sophisticated city center - although there are plenty of bars and restaurants in immediate proximity. Bus direct to airport (3 Euros) and city - What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. Breakfast could not have been better, the choice is vast, from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast to order,

  The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

  The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed.   We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great.   I hadn't realised it was all inclusive so it was a nice added bonus. Set out of hotel was very nice and relaxing - The swimming pool area. The buffet was excellent. I thought we hadbooked for bandb but it was fully comprehensive which included all drinks.

  Du fick vad du betalar för! - I was booked into Costal Azul Hotel in Palma for four nights and it was th epits so I found this hotel asap and booked immediately and arried an hour later and got checked in to a double room for sole use incl breakfast with a view over the beach.
