When we arrived at this lovely, bright, airy hotel, the lady on reception tookmcharge of our luggage and asked dor our passports ro photocopy etc. she suggested we might like a glass of complimentary cava or wine in the hotel's adjacent bar / small restaurant whist she conducted the formalities of the check in - nice touch to the welcome. I would call the decor "modern chic", it is new, clean, and
tasteful. The rooms are large, the windows double glazed and shuttered
as well, so it is eerily quiet at night and very dark in the morning if
you leave the shutters on. We had the continental breakfast, very
reasonable at 6 euros, upstairs on the terrace with full view over the
bay. Some say the location is outside the old city, well it may be, but
the walk is only 10 minutes and is a very pleasant walk as well.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...
