It's an hostal, not an hotel. Said that, everithing was really good: WiFi decent, clean room (they clean it every day) and the staff is very helpful. Position is very good: really close to atocha, to the retiro gardens, the Prado, the modern art museum.. And close to city centre as well. In case in the district there are too different bars/pubs..

The location is perfect, you can even walk into the city if you don't take the metro. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast for the price in a nice room with a view.Friendly staff. We got a room with window to the atrium and it was very quiet.

clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager

Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for
passengers taking early flights.
I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

Very good staff service - Very central for shopping, theatres, sightseeing and eating. There was a Metro station less than 5 minutes walk away. The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.

A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time.
You need to go to the sister hotel next door for real food.

This hotel was located very near the airport and has a great shuttle
service. Also a 5 minute walk and you are at a bus stop that takes you
to the metro station. The rooms were very clean, the hotel smelled
wonderful and the breakfast was good. We stayed there our 1st night in
Madrid and booked it again for our last 2 nights in Madrid. Our son
stayed our late one night and it's about a 20 euro taxi ride from
downtown Madrid to the hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of the city only a short two blocks from the Sol Metro station. We could walk to the major areas of interest and the Atocha train station (cab with luggage). The Apartment was in the center of Madrid. Easy access to the transpotations and everything you need. Super clean and tidy. very nice decore and furniture.Once you enter this Apartment , you just feel like it's your home. Highly recommended. The owner was not speaking very good english but she was super nice to usand had a great smile. -
