  allt - the room is clean and perfect .and when you come in to the hotel everything is great. it is great place have a vacation with friends. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Location close to metro station with easy access to city centre and airport. Breakfast in the room was excellent.

  A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time. You need to go to the sister hotel next door for real food.... vad folk säger » This one, decorated in ultra modern, has vending machines for snacks and umpteen types of coffee. There is a huge mall about four blocks away with mo - This hotel was located very near the airport and has a great shuttle service. Also a 5 minute walk and you are at a bus stop that takes you to the metro station. The rooms were very clean, the hotel smelled wonderful and the breakfast was good. We stayed there our 1st night in Madrid and booked it again for our last 2 nights in Madrid. Our son stayed our late one night and it's about a 20 euro taxi ride from downtown Madrid to the hotel.

  All was perfect, charming staff, nice rooms with jacuzzies, breakfast until 11.30 in weekends... I will recommend it - Rooms are very nice designed, big & comfortable. Location is also good. Wi-Fi is free and fast.

  Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient. Spa was nicely equipped.

  The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) - Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance.   My wife left her diamond ring and a watch behind as we rush to the airport. The watch has some value but the ring was expensive. We would never expected to get our ring and watch back. To our surprises, when we ask Juan (our representative), he said that the cleaning lady found our items and he will send them back to us. Without saying a lot, this... vad folk säger » actions from Juan and his staffs had said how much wonderful they are. We are so much appreciate their honesty and they are very well represented. I - The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.
