Good location, cleanliness of room, pleasant helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor. We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

The breakfast table was good - It was an excellent hotel with all the facilities one would expect but with little extra touches that made it special. Would definately stay there again. - Airport shuttle service-excellent. Staff is very customer oriented, personalized service was pleasant. Rooms, bar, etc. were first class.

Last summer I stayed for the first time at Axor Barajas both for business (The University of Arizona, USA) and pleasure (Family European vacation) I can't say enough of the quality for the price.....it is a bargain. All of the above questions, I have answered with excellent, though in my field of education it is an A+

We stayed at the Axor for one night before our flight home after touring around Spain. Super modern hotel very close to the airport. We must have been upgraded, because our soom was huge. We had a whole studio with a sleek bathroom.The shuttle was excellent. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.

Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Fingerprint reader to enter the appartment: no badge you could loose or misplace. Free WiFi!

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.
