From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with wonderful design touches and very efficient a/c and water pressure. The food is excellent and good value, although the breakfast at first seems expensive, the choices are amazing and well worth it. But what really makes this hotel is the staff. If you enjoy good service this is the place to stay in a fantastic area of madri

The breakfast table was good - It was an excellent hotel with all the facilities one would expect but with little extra touches that made it special. Would definately stay there again. - Airport shuttle service-excellent. Staff is very customer oriented, personalized service was pleasant. Rooms, bar, etc. were first class.

The Hotel is very good: near the Subway Station, free internet, very comfortable and beautiful room. The attendant was so kind with us. We do really recommend this Hotel. Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro. I would definitely stay
