  Friendly, helpful staff. Well-appointed apartment. We were upgraded to a flat in a different, quiter location after our original choice of apartment had to be closed for repairs. - big not expansive but too noisy.

The rooms are not stuffy. In the common room facing four computers with internet and a large TV. The Madrid hadn't been that lovely without staying in this hostel!! Hostel has several floors and elevator, so I didn't carry my heavy bag))) Everything was very clean, breakfast was good and atmosphere very friendly! Boys at the reception were very nice and helpful, smiling all the time :))

  Det var en mycket trevlig upplevelse att bo på detta fantastiska hotell! Mycket bra service och en unik upplevelse på många sätt.   Stayed in the relaxation suite for Valentine's Day. Amazing room. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was also very helpful and nice. Great environment and great hotel. - Staff are excellent
