It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary.
Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time.
We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady!
Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.

Convenient location (5 min walk from Plaza Espana), clean and comfortable room (double for single use), superb bathroom with soft towels, magnificent view of the Royal Palace from the window, helpful and smiling staff. - Great location, great place. I liked the location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Gran Via, opposite Callao Metro and approx. 3 minutes stroll from Gran Via Metro.
Both lines were what I needed access to for each trip I went on.
The room was very clean and the staff changed towels daily which was nice. -

Very good staff service - Very central for shopping, theatres, sightseeing and eating. There was a Metro station less than 5 minutes walk away. There were lots of good restaurants, cafes and bars nearby but the rooms were quiet. We felt it represented very good value for money as it was clean and comfortable and very well located for exploring Madr

First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars
hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to
shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the
location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2
minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.
