  Great location, very nice rooms, very comfortable beds and felt like your own apartment. The staff was very helpful, especially Gonzalo.   The boss is very nice. If you can meet him, you can get help, but it's not always there at receiption.   The Hotel itself is perfectly situated in the centre of Madrid close to almost everything, the museum and park just a short walk away. The Hotel was spotless and the staff really helpful. We had a room that looked out on to the fire exit bit strange not having natural light, but the quietness of the room more than made up for it.
