They communicate in English both promptly and efficiently to provide feedback with useful and genuinely helpful tips.   The hotel is a little jewel in the middle of the old town, just behind the Alcazar and the Cathedral, overlooking a beautiful little cobbled square, lined with orange trees.   The hotel is beautiful and very much a private oasis despite being just two blocks from the cathedral and Real Alcazar. My room on the first floor (#3) had a private, shaded, large terrace with lovely plantings, a table, and chairs. WiFi worked well in my room. The reception staff, especial - Highly impressed with the hotel and the exceptional service of each and every staff, specially Marta. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had everything at the tip of their fingers and guided us in the best possible way in terms of tours and other things. We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. We would love to return to Casa Seville if we go back to Seville. Thanks Marta and team for looking after us and making us feel at home.

  Excellent location in the middle of old town. Short walk to Cathedral and Palace Alcazar. Next to tapas bars. Check Teresa bar opposite for delicious tapas and try local 'tinto de verano' drink which is a mix of wine with lemon. The hostal is located in a very old house so ready for a piece of history. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the cathedral. It was amazing to get such good value accommodation in this spot. The staff were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are basic, but for people on a budget, the Vergara is a cut above.
