This Hotel is great for the price. good access to the center and very polite and helpful staff. I will use again for sure. Great bar, fantastic music. They had a live Flemenco band in and I had great fun. - situation of hotel. Nice, big entrance and reception area.

Helpful and friendly staff. The room has blackout curtains, so that it is possible to sleep whenever you want. I also like bathroom decoration. Very conveinent location to the stadium. Only 20 minutes walk from the centre and plenty of local bars nearby. - The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was large and in a good location.

The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful

Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. Actually after the first night, I wanted to leave but my wife convinced me to use ear plugs. And we stayed 4 nights even though the room was small. But the hotel is a typical charming little cozy building, at the entrance of the great Santa Cruz sector, a walking distance to the Cathedral and just above a lively resto, pub and street. So expect noise at night.

the hotel was close to the train station - only about 10 mins walk, and also close enough to the city centre - 15 mins walk. Hotel was top class with nice rooms and bathroom, and nice swimming pool. Reception staff were all fluent in englissh and very helpful re sights, where to eat etc. would definately stay again. Cant believe how cheap this was

We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!
