I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. From the moment you approach this hotel you feel welcome. The staff are true professionals who are happy to go the extra mile. The rooms are small but perfectly formed with wonderful design touches and very efficient a/c and water pressure. The food is excellent and good value, although the breakfast at first seems expensive, the choices are amazing and well worth it. But what really makes this hotel is the staff. If you enjoy good service this is the place to stay in a fantastic area of madri

The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

The hotel location could not be beat. The breakfast was good and plentiful and was served until 11am. The hotel also had check-out times as late as 3pm. -
Clean, quiet and comfortable room with plenty of space to move around. Older hotel but reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was acceptable.
