Excellent location in the heart of Sevilla. 100 m from Cathedral, next to Golden Tower and University. Plaza de Espanja is 12 min walk away. Everything is in walking distance. We liked the location which is close to all must visits when you are in Seville.. Santa Cruz, Plaza Espagnia, Cathedral, Alcazar, river side, flamenco shows, etc.
The hostal is very basic, good for sleep and shower. The shower was excellent and the bathroom decoration was very pleasant (i.e nice colored tiles specific for Seville). The internet works well as well.

The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

I really enjoyed staying here not only for the free sangria but because it was close to the main sights I wanted to see like the Cathedral and Alcázar. I did find it easier to get to the hostel from the stop before the one they tell you but that could just be me!

The apartment was literally right around the corner from the Cathedral. Plenty of room to relax. Loved our stay. It was great to have the feeling of coming and going whenever we wanted. We've always stayed at hotels, but this was great. We will try to get this place again when we go back. -

This was the most perfect place to stay during my trip to Spain. It was close to the bus routes, not too far from the city center. The family running the place was very welcoming and spoke perfect English, the room, en suite bathroom and kitchen were very clean, modern and tidy and the free wi-fi had consistently good connection. Everything. This was a fantastic pension with lovely modern rooms. Bathroom was excellent. My room was great and comfortable. There was a TV living room and a small kitchenette and dining area. The breakfast was supurb with fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, and many other choices to eat. Rosa and Carlo were wonderful hosts who sincerely cared for their guests. Should I return to Sevilla i will surely stay there again.

The Fontecruz is a very elegant and well kept and when you get you seem to leave the world behind. Enter a muffled world, the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are neat and beautiful and important thing are the most comfortable beds. Beautiful terrace and the pool but we did not use because the temperature did not allow it.

Perfect location, design of the hotel.
Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

Great hotel, located in the barrio Santa Cruz (pedestrian area). Everything is well within walking distance. Our room (ground floor facing the patio) was quiet and cleaned daily. We found the matresses were fine (firm, though). Save entrance, kind staff, good Wi-Fi connection, both in our room and on the patio.
Breakfast is not included, but there are very affordable and good breakfast bars around the corner.
