  Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro. I lost the boarding pass they had printed for me and they did everything to reprint it after the details of my flight had also disappeared, my fault, I was very distressed, they were wonderful and sorted it for me. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance.
