  Hotel Fornos biggest advantage is the l-o-c-a-t-i-o-N. Situtated 10 M. from the Rambla and 10 M. from the clasy and cool Plaza Real I wouldn't swith Fornos for another hotel. The interior of the room is a bit old, looks like from the 80's or so but who cares as long as you are in the middle of the action.   The hotel is very basic but excellent value for money and reception is staffed 24 hrs a day. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked well.   I was staying for 3 noghts, and asked to not be woken up in the morning by the cleaner. I had my privacy, and got new towels every day while I was out. The staff at the reception was really friendly and polite! Very pationet when I asked for directiones:) I also like where the hotel is situated. Thanks for a good stay.   Trevlig personal. Stort rum (2 st) för 4 pers. men helt utan "utsikt" då ala fönster var mot en mycket nära vägg. Bra frukost. - hotel staff - room was clean and comfortable. Bus nº 24 (that stops right in front of the hotel) can take you to plaza catalunya and you don't need to use the subway (that is 5 minutes away from the hotel)
