Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Room service never called too early, didn't even see them at all, and the room was always done when we came back in the evening. ... vad folk säger » - The location was all that could be asked for, absolutely central and all the staff were most helpful and unobtrusive in their duties.   It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

  Location, location, location. for me is the most important the hotel is in the heart of everything - The room was large and quiet. It had generous windows and three layers of curtains, to block light. Location was very close to major sites and to the metro. The ventilation system was effective and quiet.

The Madrid hadn't been that lovely without staying in this hostel!! Hostel has several floors and elevator, so I didn't carry my heavy bag))) Everything was very clean, breakfast was good and atmosphere very friendly! Boys at the reception were very nice and helpful, smiling all the time :))
