Hotellet är nytt och rummen mycket fräscha. Två fina pooler till trots så är närheten till stranden och bad i havet riktigt bra. Helt klart en supervistelse på Skipper! - Allt var toppen, fanns inget att klaga på, Det var andra gången vi bodde där.

I have never been so pleasantly surprised by a reservation. The staff at Mar Bella is incredibly helpful, friendly, and English-speaking. Great apartment with plenty of room for our kids. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The free wifi in the apartment was very fast and our children were able to watch their cartoons on the tv in English since we were shown how to change the language on the tv. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Mar Bella beach and to the Rambla del Poblenou street that had many restaurants. The Poblenou metro station was 10 minutes walk away that we could take to all of the sites in the heart of Barcelo

Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.

The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.
