  The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning and they booked a taxi for us and made sure it was on time. We greatly appreciated that since we don't speak any Spanish. - the apartment was well equipt

  Its central and safe location. Good value for money. Also, excellent breakfast is served until 11am. - Fantastic location. The staff was very nice and they gave us a Suite without extra cost.

  Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro.   This was the most comfortable bed of our trip! I wish we could have packed it up and taken it with us... We only stayed here one night after arriving in Madrid at the very beginning of our trip.
