  Excellent place to stay, offering fantastic value for money. Very spacious room with comfortable double bed, extra single bed and a large flatscreen TV. The bathroom was ample size with powerful shower, nice toiletries and the very useful touch of disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste (great as we had forgotten these!) We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly - Comfort, warm welcome, very clean and very cute decoration. i appreciated the books available to read, the warm in the room...i was there for a concert so it was the perfect hotel and made my stay and weekend in Madrid PERFECT. Jason MRAZ was amazing BTW ^_^THANKS SEE YOU NEXT TIME

  It was a great location, very clean, the staff where very helpful, the lift was good to have, there were drinks available to buy at low rates but no other services that are common in hotels. Overall, would stay there again, the value for money was fine for me. - Air conditioning was great, as was the clean and modern bathroom.   Really nice hotel. Location is exactly what is mentioned in all other reviews. The girls from reception - Maria and Elena -were very hospitable and friendly and both deserve a certain salary increase. Rooms are not much specious but always clean and tidy. The hotel itself is renewed build recently and you can see it at once.
