  Friendly staff and centrally located,rooms were cleaned everyday. There was also a mini fridge in the room which i thought was really awesome,as many premises of that level don't seem to include such services.   The person over there is super nice, it is comfortable and very close to metro I will recommend this hostel for the young who travel here.... Small budget and it worth it!

  The staff at Numancia, especially the man on the front desk the majority of the time are excellent. All our needs were met and any requests were willing to be accommodated including leaving our luggage there for a whole day (as our train trip was at night). We were even allowed to hang out at the hostel and use the wifi and bathrooms! - The best ... vad folk säger » thing about this hostel is definitely the friendly guy that seemed to be working for my entire stay. Great asset to the place. Further to this, the location is great. Maybe 10 minute stroll to Plaza Del Sol. The room itself was perfectly adequate. Compact but comfortable.

  The location was very central 5 minute walk from Gran Via. Rooms were on the 2nd floor of this beautiful old building. Very safe location, well lit area! The hostel tht you have to collect the key is 2 minutes walk. Beds big and comfortable, bathroom very clean and shower was string and warm! And the free WIFI was brilliant.   This hostal was amazing. The room was small, but spacious. It had a tv with cable. You can book a two person room for very cheap. Between me and my friend we only paid €25 a night. That means we each paid €12.50 per night. It was very worh it! We had our own bathrooms and the beds where very comfortable. I recommend this hostal for anyone staying ... vad folk säger » in Madrid and on a budget, but doesn't want any cheap looking place either. - The staff was very friendly although it was a little bit difficult to communicate in English. The equipement and service is pretty good as a family-run hotel.
