  The best place we stayed thru'out the 2 weeks in Spain! The location is excellent in front of the river. The couple and young man who ran the place were the most hospitable people we met! After our early morning visit to the Mezquita (which is free from 8.30-9.30am durin - A very nice small hotel near the center of Cordoba. The staff was very good and helpful. Despite not all of them speak english well, it was no problem. Room was not large, but very comfortable and authentic to Andalucian style. Breakfast is served in a nice patio. It is not very various, but rather plenty to start a day. Location is well. It is not exactly in the center, but it will take you 7-10 minutes to get to Mesquita.   The room has a very modern minimalistic design . The shower room, the toilet and the bedroom are separated by wall to ceiling glass partitions. Some people may not like it, but we find it interesting.   Wonderfull cool patio where we had our own breakfast and dinner. Well furnished kitchen with washing-machine, and a washing line on the roof. A lady staff member had a very good command of English. The studio had its own air-conditioner which helped as the day temperature was 37 degrees Celsius. Despite the fact that we hardly spoke any Spanish and the owner didn't speak any English, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and was very welcoming.   The location is to die for! We had a car and could actually park it very close to the hostal for free. We did everything walking from there. The rooms are very cosy with AC (needed in this city) and private bathrooms. - near bus station and location is perfect!!
