  The hotel was well designed. the rooms comfortable. We paid to upgrade from a demi loft suite to the much more costly gold suite which was a fun experience. Staff very helpful and warm natured.   Nice, clean rooms. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The ocean was not close, but was within walking distance to the hotel as were other attractions. - Right in the centre, great bars and restaurants across the road, verynear to the vigo train station just a 2 min walk

  The hotel was excellent. Very helpful staff (great recommendations), fantastic location close to the sea and the historic center, comfortable room close to 4 star, nice breakfast room on the 7th floor with view on the Ria of Vigo.   The hotel was clean and a good value for the money. It was walking distance to the Port. The staff, all though not always on site, were accommodating. I had only booked one night and wanted to add 2 more, which was done with no problem.

  The staff were excellent. Because I was a solo traveller they really looked after me at breakfast keeping me company when not serving other customers. They also took really good care of the rooms, even puting some clothes I had hanging up in a better place for drying. They made me feel like I was at home.

  I liked everything!!Incredible Hotel.The cleanest in whole Spain!The best staff!Location in the centre of everything,immediate access to public transportation for the beach.All tv channels with english audio menu :)))..u know what that means if u visit Spain and don t speak the language.Totally recommend it to all visiting Vigo.
