  Very simple, very friendly, very clean, felt very safe, best located to explore the city of Madrid, very close to Metro Chueca, Bars and shops (very Gay friendly) close. No breakfast, but coffee/tea maker in the room.   We were welcomed by Spanish ladies who only spoke spanish. My spanish lessons were put to the test. (Word of advice: ask for wifi asap so that you could use an app for translating languages). For the price we paid, I consider the bathroom/toilettes sanitary. Our twin room with balcony is well presented.   Staff were very pleasant and helpful. they provided us with maps to travel the city and very approachable. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel is in great location. - The hotel is situated very close to all usual turist attractions. The staff was always ready to help.

  Location, location, location. for me is the most important the hotel is in the heart of everything - The room was large and quiet. It had generous windows and three layers of curtains, to block light. Location was very close to major sites and to the metro. The ventilation system was effective and quiet.

  it was a very nice surprise my visit to this hotel. i couldnt expect to be so good for such a low cost hotel. very clean, enough space in the room. i definetely recommend it as a value for money hotel. the location was 5 minutes walk from puerta de sol the most central point of Madrid. - The room was nice and worm.
