  I liked EVERYTHING about this hostel! It was clean, modern, and had everything one would need! A fridge, a built in hair dryer, they even give you shampoo and soap and a comb! FREE WiFi in the room. You can leave your luggage there before you check in, even Days before you check in! Bed was comfortable and since I had an "inside" room, there was n... vad folk säger » o noise at night! I would definitely stay there again and WILL recommend it to my friends! - Excellent location near Puerta del Sol, small rooms but very clean, perfect for a few days in Madrid.

  The staff is very nice, smiling and available to solve any situation to make you feel comfortable, The rooms as well as the kitchen and the other common spaces are clean and you can feel chez toi. The location is perfect, centric and very close to Porta del Sol (subway and train) so I could walk easily with my 30kg of backpack!   Central läge i staden - the location was great. The shower seemed like it had and endless amount of hot water! The staff was very helpful, especially since my spanish is very poor. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for the city centre. Excellent selection of reasonably priced restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

  I didn't stay at the hotel that much as I spend most of my time outside. But what I can definitely say that the location is perfect and very very easy to reach (Sol Metro station), the room is very clean, big enough for 2 persons with an AC, which makes it comfortable. My roommate said that he couldn't sleep well Sunday morning because of the nois... vad folk säger » e, but I did't notice anything! In total, both of us were happy to stay there. he The price is very good (50 euros/night/room) and perfect for low bud - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had been newly renovated and was kept extremely clean. There were two sets of double paned windows to keep out the street noise. The Museo del Jamon was right next to the hotel and is a great place to get breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee or beer/wine. We would definitely return.

  Mycket centralt läge. Rum mot insidan slipper trafiken men andra gästers röster hörs rätt tydligt. Men dom tystnar frammot kvällen. Entren, under renovering, gjorde en först lite osäker på hotellets kvalitet. Men det befanns både rent och snyggt - ett mycket bra läge, nära till många sevärdheter!

  Hostal Veracruz is very nice and has clean rooms with AC and own bathrooms. It is very close to Sol, so really in very center of Madrid and Spain. Everything is in walking distance or else the metro and cercanias are near by (at Sol). You are in the thick of the nightlife of Madrid and of the shopping center. The single room was good and very comfortable. Everything was also very clean and the staff was friendly.
