  Very simple, very friendly, very clean, felt very safe, best located to explore the city of Madrid, very close to Metro Chueca, Bars and shops (very Gay friendly) close. No breakfast, but coffee/tea maker in the room.   Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like being at home rather then a privat mini hotel (especially after four days). The rooms were cleaned every day which includes fresh towels (to my very own surpise). It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.

  location is more than perfect in the middle of the very live street in Madrid. you can just go down and you will see people still going walking everywhere even at 2:00pm. Staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage there after checking out.   The location was excellent and the hostal was really easy to find. We arrived before the check-in time and were given access to our rooms which was great. Our room was clean and we had a view which looked out on to Gran Vie. Staff were friendly and helpful.   Endast en natt där. - Well, hotel's stuff spoke English excellently, the room was clean, lotsof space in the bathroom, and I managed to get Twin room although Ibooked Double because there were no Twin room option.
