  Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping.   Excellent excellent value! The Cuban man running the place is very friendly and helpful, interesting to talk to in general if you can speak some Spanish. In a great location with lots of bars, tapas shops, short walk to all the major attractions. Simple, but very very clean and neat. Room for three persons has no free space at all, but there is refrigerator. Two separate toilets. Room for four persons has more free space and there two bunk beds.

  Rudy made my experience in Madrid so great. He's so helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to making the guests happy. The hostel has a huge common room so it's very easy for people to meet each other. The other staff members are equally as nice. It was very easy to go up and talk to them at the desk even if I had a quest... vad folk säger » ion as simple as, "What would you recommend?" The hostel is also close to the city center so I didn't need to buy transport passes. I will definitely - Could not fault this hostel, staff where really helpful and friendly and hostel was perfectly clean and you got a good free breakfast. It also is in an excellent loaction right near the cool Malansa area with all vintage shops and cool bars and you could walk to any major attraction in 2Omins. As a solo female traveller I felt totally at home, would stay here again if I was in madrid and would recomend to anyone!

  We are a family with 2 small kids. We got the appartment A on the first floor. The appartment had everything we needed, and for the price we paid it was perfect. Also the location is very good, very central. You can authorise the company that administers the Appartments to get the money from your credit card, this way you don´t need to go to their... vad folk säger » office first, you just get a code with some instructions and can pick up the keys at any time. - The location is perfect, very close to city center. Apartments was clean and contain all that you may meet e.g. shampoo toilet paper etc. Service was very good, when you arrive you just calling contact person and pick up keys from mail box, after check out money will be charged from you credit card an that's it.
