Being close to airport metro line and in the heart of all the sites. I even returned for a night on my way out of Spain.   Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

  The staff was extra polite, very helpful and nice. Internet was ok (maybe it should be a little bit faster). Breakfast is average, nothing special. Beds confortable, the hotel is small, but this is not an destiantion where guests stay in rooms. For the price that we payed (150 euros for 3 days) i am more than happy and would recomend to everyone and would return. I hav - Close to the city centre with good public transport possibilities. Staff was very helpful, fluently speaking English. Room was clean and good value for money. TV with HD channels were perfect.
