  everything was absolutely top notch, if you are looking for somewhere to stay on a short break to Madrid I would look no further than these apartments. I have paid five times the amount I did and received less comfort, hospitality and customer service. Many thanks for a great weekend. - The location is great. Nearby the metro station and it's possible to walk to all the things you want to see. Nearby a square with lots of restaurants. Because the plane would leave in the evening and there were no gasts after us, we could stay in the appartment untill we had to leave for the airport with no extra charge. The check-in manager was very kind and helpfull. The appartment and the beds were good.

  The location was excellent - within easy walking distance to central Madrid attractions - literally 5 minutes to the Prado. Also close to shops, a laundromat, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the metro. The hosts didn't speak much English but were very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place. However, if you want something comfortable at a great price, go for it. Another thing that I liked is that it was not corporate - it seemed to be a family-fun establishment. Lastly, free Wi-Fi that worked great the whole time.

  Room was so clean, sheets fresh and crisp, so quiet, family run hostal, everyone including the parents pleasant and lovely. The two brothers do a marvelous job. Our train back to Barna was not til 530 so they kept our bags after we checked out at 9 am until about 4 when we started for the train. A hidden gem. - - Javier and staff did everything they could to help us, even with particular requests, and volunteered recommendations for us in the city, very friendly - We were given a choice of rooms on arrival - Great location, all of central Madrid was accessible - quiet, pretty street close to plenty of great bars, bakeries and restaurants - Would definitely stay again!

  It was perfect stay. Apartment is centrally located (easy to reach historic centre and all 3 museums), it is very spacious and well-furnitured with intersting design. Staff was friendly - they called us in the morning on the arrival day and met at the apartment building.   This was our third visit to the Cervantes, so you can see we like it! The staff, Fabio and his assistant, are very friendly, and you are at once on first name terms. The rooms are very small, so don't take too much luggage! They are comfortable and clean, and some are very quiet. There is a common seating area near the entrance which is very attra... vad folk säger » ctive and comfortable. The ancient lift, recently inspected for safety, is more efficient than many in large hotels! Above, all the location is excell - The Cervantes hostel is very well situated, 10 minutes walk to the Atocha train station and 10 minutes walk to the Puerta del Sol. Staff and owner are very kind, smart people. Bed is very comfortable, claned rooms and bathrooms, which are inside the rooms.
