  The location was fantastic. It was very close to the El Born district & the Picasso Museum. There were plenty of little unique shops & restaurants in the area. Yet the location was very quiet & calm since the hotel faces the Citadel Park. The interior is very modern, clean and well-maintained. Lots of different breads, juices, teas and coffees. Great value and just what you need before a days sightseeing. Our room was small but well planned, clean and comfortable.   We stayed at the apartment located in the Mercat del Born area, the nicest neighborhood in the centre of Barcelona. Filled with bars, restaurants and graphic alleys to stroll. The street of the apartment is really quite and felt safe. All the other members of the sta - We loved the position of the apartment and the relaxing space it provided for us.We found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had.   The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble. A very good buffet breakfast was included in price. We upgraded to comfort room which was much better - I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!

  The apartment was amazing. Right in the city center in a really cool area, close to everything. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Rooms were really nice and there was loads of room for 8 people. - excellent, near everything ,good to chill out after along day site seeing ,good eateries nearby and bars ,metro on corner good location
