  A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. - Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.

  beautiful new hotel, the staff was very friendly. the hotel is in the new district from Barcelona but is easy to get around with taxi or metro!! - modern and sophisticated. Great decor.

  Hotellet är nytt och rummen mycket fräscha. Två fina pooler till trots så är närheten till stranden och bad i havet riktigt bra. Helt klart en supervistelse på Skipper! - Allt var toppen, fanns inget att klaga på, Det var andra gången vi bodde där.

  Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. - Great place!   Modernity. When you enter your room, you activate all electrical functions and settings by lodging your smart card assigned you, into a socket inside the door. Breakfast was nice. Good selection at a reasonable price. Multilingual staff. First thing in Barcelona: Take one of the Double Decker buses around the city for an overview. You can get off ... vad folk säger » and on at will as they stop every few minutes to discharge and pickup new passengers. Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.

  Modern and stylish backed up with excellent and friendly service - The staff were very helpful. The room was well designed and equippedwith a balcony and a good view. Food and facilities were good. Theservice was very attentive but sometimes the outcomes were a little'quirky'...however we loved it.
