  The apartment looked brand new and had all the facilities we needed, 2 toilets one with bathtub and one with shower, the ac worked well. The location was aside a big road overbulit with a little square so it was a little noisy outside but not in the flat (that was on the 2nd floor, 3rd with swedish way of counting), the good thing was that it was ... vad folk säger » very close to a metro station. The staff was good when we were there but don't expect them to answer emails sent before arrival, they didn't reply to - Size and interior of the flat. Self-catering. Convenient location close to the metro. Many tourist attractions are easily accesible using the Metro such as Las Ramblas. Parc Güell and the Tramvia Blau was walking distance from the flat. The staff was fluentnin many languages including English and also very helpfull to book transfers from the airport.

  The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. Joan, the manager, is very... vad folk säger » helpful. He sat down with us the first evening and showed us all the places we wanted to see on a map and explained how to get there. He also suggest - Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

  My family and I like the location in the heart of the city with metro station nearby and shopping for high end goods very near also. With the metro station, you can go anywhere. It is also a safe area for tourists to walk even until midnight. We also appreciate the apartment upgrade given to us. Downside is that you have to take the metro for the city center (just 2 stops).   The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well. The others were pleasant. The location was very close to Parc Guell. The kids liked the pool. - Small and very welcoming.

  The space provided by an apartment is a luxury from staying in small hotel rooms. It was great that we could catch up with some washing too. Great furnishings, comfortable beds and well laid out.   The apartments are simple, stylish, and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and the manager, Sergiu, is exceptional. The location is convenient to the Metro and the rest of Barcelona. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for simple cooking and the nearby markets provide the ingredients. These apartments are an excellent value and were easily our best acco - The apartment was large, simply furnished but clean with all the relevant equipment in place and working. The widescreen SMART TV and free wi fi was a definite plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The appartment is centrally located and very close to Place Cataluyna (Centre of Barcelona) and Las Ramblas. Its also very quiet, yet close to many eateries and beautiful sites. Would most definitely recommend it
