  We liked many, many things about these apartments. We stayed here for three nights prior to beginning a two week tour of Spain, so it was wonderful to be able to start our tour out with all clean clothes (due to nice washer/dryer).   The location was excellent - within easy walking distance to central Madrid attractions - literally 5 minutes to the Prado. Also close to shops, a laundromat, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the metro. The hosts didn't speak much English but were very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place. However, if you want something comfortable at a great price, go for it. Another thing that I liked is that it was not corporate - it seemed to be a family-fun establishment. Lastly, free Wi-Fi that worked great the whole time.

  This place is Perfect for visiting Madrid! The owner - Rufinio, that the man that is very helpful and attintive to your demands. We rented 1 room with large bed and shower for our stay in Madrid. The place is clean and cozy, everything is working in the room (internet, tv, air-con, shower etc.). Location is very close to everything (Museums, shops... vad folk säger » , foods, attractions)! If not the size of room I would say it's a 3 star hotel:) Definitely will be back to that one and of cause recommended! Thank y - The room was great. When we booked, we got a double with a shared toilette. We were surprised when there was a shower and sink in our room just not the toilette. The room was big, clean, and there was a cleaning service everyday. Also the place is very secure, we had a safe in the room and three separate locked doors(the front door of the building, the door into the hostel, then our room door).

  We stayed here for 5 nights over the Easter weekend, in room 4. This is a large apartment, converted into a hostel. There are 7 rooms, a well supplied kitchen and 2 or 3 bathrooms. We got towels on arrival, and the wifi works well. The place is run by a very friendly Spanish lady, who lives on site and who helped us out with some food the first da... vad folk säger » y, and directions to the airport very early in the morning (before 6 am the metro does not run, but there are night buses leaving from Plaza de Cibele - Great location walking distance to attractions, metro and tourist info office. Friendly staff (wish we could have spoken more, but our Spanish is limited and their English is limited). Clean rooms, bath and kitchen facilities.
