  hotel was clean, equipments were modern and new, staff was very polite - Very pleasant hotel within 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Espana. Reception staff all speak good English too.

  Good location if you want to see Palma, but far from the sea, so you will need to take the bus, which is very easy as the bus system is great in Mallorca. The rooms are very clean with a very good AC in it. The breakfast is ok, but can be better choice of food for breakfast, at least eggs. The staf is very friendly.   Very clean and quite place.Room was cleaned daily.Helpful and polite staff especially the short, lean guy at the reception who looks a bit like Andres Iniesta and stays at the reception in day shift on weekdays. The bathroom and bedroom are clean. When we saw the room at the first time, we were a little bit disappointed because everything is too simple. But after 1 night, we considered that the budget is pretty friendly and the bedroom is so comfortable. And then we didn't expected the housekeeper was clean the room every morning. We are satisfied.
