  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. I read from previous reviews that the breakfast buffet was meager with no hot food... vad folk säger » ... Maybe this was a recent update, but when we were there we were able to order eggs prepared to our liking, which I thought was neat! The hotel is l - Loved the designer looks,staff friendly very helpful, even when they mistakenly put us in the wrong grade room they rectified the situation quickly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable and stress free,the terraces are great the balcony on our room was large,the free loan of bicycles added bonus.great location centre of Palma with lots of tapas and bars close by.

  We found the staff to be extremely helpful; they had arranged an early check-in and acted promptly when we had a problem with the room safe. Breakfast at the Palladium was varied, plentiful and good - and the dining room staff were efficient and friendly. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. The hotel was located in the town ... vad folk säger » centre and close to some fine places to eat and drink, and within easy walking distance of the main shopping streets. The old town and the magnificent - The 2 guys on the desk were very welcoming when we checked in and confirmed our earlier request for an early check-in ( it was 10.30 am ) and a room on a high floor with Cathedral view. The room was a good size ( at least twice as big as we had recently in Barcelona at the same price ) Bathroom excellant with Power shower . Although on the edge of the town it's only 10 min's walk to everything . Very nice quality Bedding ! Breakfasts are good with a reasonable choice of cereals , cold meats

  The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was convenient to downtown sights and restaurants. The breakfast was quite nice. - I loved it! Excellent hotel and staff!!   The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. A good location for shopping with the large department stor... vad folk säger » e, El Corte Ingles, within five minutes walk from the hotel. - Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

  Excellent location and facilities. Came here a few years ago and hotel definitely needed updating.The recent revamp has made this an excellent place to stay.Location could not be better - sea view rooms overlook the marina with views of cathedral to left and cruise ships to the right. Bus direct to airport (3 Euros) and city - What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. Breakfast could not have been better, the choice is vast, from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast to order,

  Absolutely fabulous find. Would definitely stay here again, wouldn't consider looking at another hotel. All the staff are just lovely. I was a little concerned about being in a slightly downmarket part of town as mentioned in previous reviews. Not a problem. I wouldn't say the area was downmarket at all. In fact the one block walk to the marina front takes you through a charming wooded park. 5 minute walk to the bus stop. B - Comfortable, clean room, with a view of the harbour (which we weren't expecting/hadn't paid for). Being offered a glass of Cava on arrival! Fabulous Jacuzzi on the roof with a view to die for (Cathedral, city, castle, harbour). Small pool. Food was excellent - we tried breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel - very fresh, tasty & large portions.
