  The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends. The staff were very approachable, and while it's not near the centre of Barcelona by any stretch of the imagination, it's near a metro station, supermarkets, a bunch of restaurants and also Parc ... vad folk säger » Güell, which was a really nice spot (one of my faves in Barcelona). - Very kind staff, cheap hostel with enough comfort and plenty of equipment, close to Parc Güell and Sagrada Familia.

  La Flor de Gaudi is the best hostel I´ve ever been! Everything is very clean; showers, rooms, sheets, beds ... The couple that runs the hostel is so kind and take care of every guest! The localization is awesome, just 3 minuts of Parc Güell and 15 minutes walking to the majority of Gaudi monuments.   casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to.   I stayed for 4 nights whilst on business and am of the age whereby I want to stay in hostels for the environment and experience whilst meeting people around my age group. The location was perfect for my commute into work and the metro line is at the top of the street near the basilica. The rooms are what you expect in a hostel, I slept well ever... vad folk säger » y night and I will stay again. On my next stay I will try and book a private room, it's a shame you don't have more to choose from. My only idea for - First of all would like to say that staff is great, they are very cool, and have good music taste!)) Also girls always kept the hostel very clean. Location is good, right next to La Sagrada Familia, and not far from the very centre of Barcelona.

  The bunk beds are great. Enough privacy, lights in your bunk. The showers are proper, cleaned everyday, hot water, soap dispenser. The kitchen is clean, easy to use, to cook, there is a waterboiler, dishwasher, pans and plates, enough cups. The living area is fantastic, a luxe cough, tables enough, coffee machine, vending machine, nice, friendly a... vad folk säger » nd helpfull staff. Everything in the hostel is brand new! The hostel is nearby Parc Güell, there is bakery around the corner, enough supermarkets, two - This lovely hostel with friendly and helpful staff is very close to the metro and to the famous Gaudi Park! Good starting point to explore Bcn, especially given that in the lounge travellers can find lots of flyers and useful info about tours, events and promotions! Has all necessary facilities, like wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, lockers, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, etc. Very nice atmosphere, I found it easy to mix with other guests :) highly recommended!!!

  The hostal was ok, nothing luxurious but clean and comfortable. The facility is located on a house and has the reception on the second floor and the rooms on the fifth floor. This was not optimal since one has to ring a bell on the fifth floor to get the main door opened there (the receptionist opens the door from the second floor by watching on a... vad folk säger » video camera located on the fifth floor). It happened that I had to ring the bell at least 10 times before getting the door opened. Apart from that t - Booked a single room. Small but wasn't expecting much. Good wifi in reception (2nd floor) but nothing in room. Very good location, very good value (paid £24 per night), not much noise from nearby bathroom but you may want to take earplugs

  I liked the fact that for a such a noisy place i was able to sleep an wasn't sleep deprived,i had a concern about them not having a safety deposit box in the room with the reputation BCN has for pickpockets, scammers etc but it turned out ok nothing happened. - I went to Barcelona with a friend as a citytrip.   Friendly helpful staff willing to help in anyway possible, good planned night activities including pub crawls and a tasty paella night. Superb location seconds from the metro and the airport train.
