  The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends. The staff were very approachable, and while it's not near the centre of Barcelona by any stretch of the imagination, it's near a metro station, supermarkets, a bunch of restaurants and also Parc ... vad folk säger » Güell, which was a really nice spot (one of my faves in Barcelona). - Very kind staff, cheap hostel with enough comfort and plenty of equipment, close to Parc Güell and Sagrada Familia.

  We spent 6 fantastic days at the B&C BCN, our room had private toilet (we loved the shower with hydromassage and radio!)and was spacious, nice in every single detail, clean and very well kept.   casa gracia was absolutely amazing!!! It is located close to diagonal metro station and within walking distance to all the great sites and restaurants. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to.   The Alma Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Barcelona for the fist time. Because the location of the hotel is great, it is near two main streets Rambla and the shopping street Gracia.   This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character.
