The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away".   Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. This was nothing to do with the hotel but Helena was proactive in ensuring that it was all sorted out and our departure pickup was ontime. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people. Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.   The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. Sometimes it was hard to catch a taxi from the street near hotel.   Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Jordi was great and a wonderful representative of this hotel. - Very good location right in front of Glories Shopping Mall and 2 mins walk from Glories Metro.Clutter Free room... vad folk säger » !   We've been in Barcelona for 5 days: -Nice apartment with wide windows and lots of light. No reception, but easy to agree the time to meet their. -A little bit difficult to find for the first time going from Joanic station. Don't try maps in airport info booklet (better use Google Maps - the best way to navigate Barcelona due to small streets, whic... vad folk säger » h are not named on the maps). If you don't have maps, you can check the map at the Joanic Metro station at the mid of platform (you'll find the street - The appartment was great, very clean and nice design furniture. In the kitchen you have everything you need, there is enough storage space and you also have a seif. The great thing about it is that it is in a quiet neiborghood and you can see how the catalans live. There is a market with everythig you need and a coffe shop right near the entrance. The metro statiin is 2 min walk from the flat and you can be in the center or at the beach in 15 min. Very very nice appartment and i strongly recom

  Standing room only on balcony overlooking the street - very sweet - felt like a local. Close the shutters and sliding door at night time to cut out any street noise. Aircon available in room if needed. Floor had lift access. Room small and beds very comfortable. Bathroom area small and functional - electric toilet but not noisy. Purcha - It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets
