  I loved this apartment. I would have no hesitation recommending it to other people visiting Madrid. The view is amazing, location is perfect, facilities are superb, WIFI is reliable and super fast!   Central läge i staden - the location was great. The shower seemed like it had and endless amount of hot water! The staff was very helpful, especially since my spanish is very poor. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for the city centre. Excellent selection of reasonably priced restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

  Hostel Aguliar is an excellent Hostal. It is in the middle of the city. I loved that I could tour all day, and go back to freshen up around the corner. I was able to walk to the Hard Rock Cafe' for some American food, but the location offeres many Tapas locations, as well as bakery places for morning coffee/ breakfast. They are simple, but of a good size and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful! The hotel doesn`t suggest breakfast, but there are a lot of cafes nearby.

  Hotel is very well located, a few steps from Porta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, has very friendly staff and has a very cool decoration in the room and a cool design. Breakfast is just regular is taken is taken in restaurant located 1 min from the Hotel. There's a small market right in front of the hotel what is very convenient. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.

  Friendly very helpful staff eventhough they did not speak English and I spoke only a little Spanish. Convenient hotel and whilst nothing very special good value for money and would go again. - Very central, at walking distance of most important monuments and galleries. Very friendly staff and good value for money. Nice clean room.

  Central position was superb for bars and restaurants and proximity to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and important sites, and only a few minutes walk from the metro at Sol or Sevilla. The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern, evidently very new. The shower was something you would expect to see in a 5 star hotel (although the shower cubicle was p... vad folk säger » erhaps a little small to really appreciate it!). I would never have expected to find a largish flat screen TV, quiet and efficient aircon, fridge, hai - You can't beat the location. And while no hotel costing less than a fortune is totally quiet, I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively peaceful Madrid City Rooms was. The double windows did not block out all of the cacaphony outside, but they did a much better job dampening it than I expected. The man at reception was very friendly, and anyone with even a little Spanish language ability will appreciate his warm personality. Don't be put off by the rooms with their bathrooms down the hall...
