  Host was very kind and helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast included a wide variety of food and you could help yourself with as much as you like. Good Wi-fi, very good value of money. Cheap and budget-friendly, but nice. - Not expensive,quiet and simple place.

  Owner was really kind. The kitchen was fully furnished and we could use it freely. You can hang the towel outside, rooms and bathrooms are clean enough There's a really nice common room where u can eat and wi-fi works properly in the whole place. Location was good close to Placa Espanya. The flat is been cleaned everyday. Bread and butter are available all day long. Plus you have a cooking place so people can save some money by cooking themselves. Good, cozy place.

  I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.
