  The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Staff were great however, could not be faulted and atmosphere lovely, foo... vad folk säger » d veery good too, some of thee best we had in Seville in fact. - Phenomenal converted palace, 52 individual rooms & suites. Five star service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla. Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended

  The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f... vad folk säger » or price. Quiet, clean and peaceful room to relax afterbusy days touring in the city. Great breakfast, we paid only for theadults (kid had free access to the buffet). Staff was also very helpful(what to see with kids, public transport) and accomodating (free upgradeto add a kid bed, ...)
