  The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs.   Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes).   This was the most comfortable bed of our trip! I wish we could have packed it up and taken it with us... We only stayed here one night after arriving in Madrid at the very beginning of our trip.   We found the services provided by the Hotel from the prompt pickup at tthe airport by the minibus,to the friendly reception staff on our arrival at the Hotel.The staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful,and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was delicous.Our room was ready on our arrival and was very clean and spacious.Also ... vad folk säger » a transfer to the airport at 4.30am was helpful. - It was really a lovely stay for my father and I at the hotel. The staff were defferent and could not have been more helpful and it did help because they spoke English. It was near to the airport and the shuttle service worked like a dream. It was comfortable - Dad could sit on the patio having a large drink and I could sunbathe and have a swim. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
