  Centralt läge, tysta rum, superb frukostbuffe´. - We were really really lucky. We were given a room on the last floor (8th) which has a private balcony overlooking Barcelona and the Gothic quarter. The room was very fresh and clean and it was very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay there. I strongly recommend it! - everything :) the hotel is lovely, very clean, located in the heart of town. Very attentive and helpful staff.   Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are soundproof due to the large double windows and very bright and clean as well with a modern style. During this time we changed 3 rooms.   Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Läget är också bra. - The location was excellent. They had a area for free beverages that included Red Bull, which are about $3 in Florida where I live. Very modern and posh decor. Would definetly go back to this hotel if ever in Barcelona again. - The location was good. It was close to the main street and metro station. It was also on the side street, and our room was not facing the street, so it was quiet. We had a 8months old baby, so we were worried about the street noise. The room was clean and modern and big enough to even have a cot inside the room. There is free 24h coffee and water, which was excellent.

  We only had one night in this hotel and then moved to a 5 star in the Port Olympic area. The location of the Colonial hotel was fantastic. Across the street is a fantastic local area full of interesting resteraunts and bars.
