  Bra läge nära Metron, P-garage i källaren,trevlig personal. - We were a complicated group and the staff were truly excellent in dealing with all the problems and with helping us to both work at the hotel and enjoy our stay. Excellent service.   The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was quiet for the most part. Guests were prone to slamming bedroom doors though, which in the early hours was a bit irritating.
