  The place is very Spanish. Very homie. It has a small kitchen, small stove but we never use it. The room are huge, as well as the living room. Bathroom is small like most place in Europe. The receptionist is very helpful. About 10 minutes walk to the attractions.   Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. Nice little streets - This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place.   All members of staff were always polite and friendly. Our room was spacious enough for a four day stay and was always clean tidy on our return from sightseeing. I was in Seville for four days and three nights and didn´t use a taxi or bus at any time, it was possible to walk everywhere, even from the railway station to the hostal. We covered all of the old town and surround.
