  I booked this Hotel for a four night mini break to watch the Heineken Cup quarter final between Biarritz and the Ospreys on Saturday 10th April.We could not have chosen a better Hotel right opposite the Anoeta Stadium.   Excellent room, and friendly and helpful staff. The rate we paid through the LetsBookHotel.com website was an absolute steal. The hotel is 15 to 20 minutes walk from town but it's a pleasant walk showing a side of San Sebastian that you might not see if you stayed in town. - The staff were very helpful, there was a great selection on the buffetbrea... vad folk säger » kfast, a great atmostphere in the bar at night time.   The hotel was ideally located for us as it was relatively easy arriving and leaving by car and was a nice walk ( about 20 mins) to the old town, beach and other sites. Onsite parking was available - make sure you get your room card from reception before parking car or you can't use lifts to the hotel! The restaurant wasn't open during our stay, but cafe at the front was good for a drink or a - The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We chose this hotel as we were arriving by car and didn't want to drive right into the city centre. The walk into town only takes 10-15 mins. We also loved the movie theme of the hotel and got the Bob Hoskins room. The rooms have DVD players and you can hire for free, movies from the hotel to watch, so we thought this was pretty cool. Can't comment on the breakfast as we went an ate elsewhere.

  Had a good kitchen facility if we had known restaurant would be closed. Vending machine good. Price good but for a hotel so far off beaten track you need to be prepared. Lovely views. - Everything looks new and very clean! Bedsheets etc is all like in a good hotel. A lot of space. Green territory. Huge space for breakfast. Ideal for families.

  Really helpful staff! Very approachable and happy to help with questions... Because of the location I chose to hire a car, and the large car park made it very easy to use. The room was quite large and excellent value.   This is a wonderful hotel if you want to be located on the beach and close to the historical district. We were not lucky enough to get an ocean- view room, but it was no big deal as we didn’t spend much time in our room. We did have to ask how the air-conditioning worked, but were very comfortable once we figured it out. We loved relaxing on the b... vad folk säger » each which is right outside the hotel doors. And the old city is just a 5 minute walk away. If you are driving, make sure to reserve parking in advanc - the room we were allocated was amazing. it looked out over playa de la concha. it had a balcony & you could stand & look over the beach, up & down the promenade to headlands. the breakfast area was glass fronted & you could look out to the beach. the rooms were generous in size. the complimentary toiletries were generous. the staff were friendly & helpful. the location is excellent. close to shops, old part of city, transport.

  The hostel is clean and comfortable, pleasantly decorated in neutral colours and woooden floorboards-there are also some interesting old (19th century?) large black and white photographs on the walls.   We have spent 2 months backpacking. We have stayed in albergues, campgrounds, monasteries,pensions and hotels and HOTEL CHOMIN has been our favourite! It isnt 4 star impersonal luxury....it is unpretentious, comfortable, quiet, near the beach and a lovely 15 min promenade walk to the city. Nowhere else have we come down to breakfast to hear peals of laughter as the host chats away to his guests..in English .   Although there was no ocean view, we were within a block of the beach. The hotel is at the edge of the tourist area and it was a nice long walk to the old city center.
