  mkt trevligt hotel,vackra rum, ganska lugnt läge - Relaxing after a busy trip and its proximity to airport - The feeling of being in a mansion in the middle of Madrid. The breakfast was good, the seperate villas (with umbrella!) were special and the additional goodie bag of Bulgari amenities was well appreciated.

  This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel

  The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs.   This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. The hotel is modern with free wifi and the room very comfortable with a generously sized shower. Staff were pol... vad folk säger » ite and helpful. Another plus is an Italian Restaurant 'Ginos' situated near the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madri - The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

  The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro.   The room was very nice, quite and well designed. - Close to airport as we needed, away from the center though! Nice place, underground parking- NOT free which i feel is wrong in that area and parking being on site.
