Very spacious and comfortable. A warm welcome by Catalin who gave us a map and pointed out sights and reminded us to keep safe from pickpockets. The apartment wasn't ready so we left our bags and went for a walk. Fantastic central location!

The apartment was great. It met all our needs. It was clean and very functional. Also, Jose Manuel was a great host! He gave us all the information we needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. My daughter's luggage was misplaced by the airline. Jose Manuel agreed to be the airline's contact and had the lugga

The owner was very accommodating. The location was very near market places and metros. It was a very convenient location if you are staying in Madrid longer than 2 days! The kitchen was well equipped and there is a good washing machine that actually worked.

The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

The La Latina neighborhood has such a great vibe and buzz - tons of people -
Spacious and clean apartment with a good and well-equipped kitchen. Grocery stores nearby. Excellent location within a couple of minutes walk from La Latina underground and a walking distance from Plaza Mayor. Also a public parking garage very near. Friendly and helpful staff.
