  It was a great location, very clean, the staff where very helpful, the lift was good to have, there were drinks available to buy at low rates but no other services that are common in hotels.   The hostel is really close to the city center, you can walk all day and meet the most important turistic points!!   we had a room at the 3rd floor, with a big window and a small balcony looking at calle atocha, it was really nice. the location in excellent. short walking distance to all places of interest. the stuff was helpful and all spoke English in a good level, which is not obvious in Spain. many channels in the TV. there's a room with a washing machine a... vad folk säger » nd a dryer, and a common kitchen. excellent option for budget travelers in the middle of town,cost us 60 euros per night. - We loved staying in this hostal. The staff is very friendly and helful and rooms look like normal hotel rooms. The accomadations were really great in terms of price/quality. Everything was clean and we had this room facing the street with a little balcony, just great. The location is the best you can have, being 5 minutes way from Plaza Mayor or Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via, etc. Definetly the place to stay whenever we go to madrid.

  The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars.   Mycket centralt läge. Rum mot insidan slipper trafiken men andra gästers röster hörs rätt tydligt. Men dom tystnar frammot kvällen. Entren, under renovering, gjorde en först lite osäker på hotellets kvalitet. Men det befanns både rent och snyggt - ett mycket bra läge, nära till många sevärdheter!

  The Staff was really friendly and helpful. The size of the room was great for me and just enough for two. wifi is in the room. Great price in an excellent location; it was very easy to find everything and the staff gave me a map and explained a bit about where I was. The staff was helpful and kind they gave me my breakfast at night since I was leaving very early before the breakfast is served. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes next to the hostel.
