the appartment was just perfect for me, the location could not be better, in the middle of Anton Martin neighborhood. It was very clean and brand new.
The staff is so kind and they are always able to help you in any situation, anytime you need. I think the rates are very cheap because the quality of the appartment and services was extremely good.

the location of the appartment is excellent, very close to the metro station, it was very clean and everything was on its place and working well, I mean wifi, frigde,microwave,wash machine,tv and shower. For the price I payed I really could not ask for any better!!! Thanks for everything, we really enjoy our stay there.

Excellent location, very close to Noviciado subway station. I found the apartment very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly and the staff was so kind, they provided me everything I needed. I loved my stay here and on my next trip to Madrid I will rent here once again, for sure. -

Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our
room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move
us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were
overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Room was large

saucepan to boil water. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable
prices. -
The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

The Apartments were really nice. And the staff were quick when we needed them. We were a group of 25 and had some some difficulties with the keys - but the staff sorted everything out. A very nice place to stay in Madrid - close to everything - within walking distance. Thorkild Panduro Thrane P.S. I've already recommended the place to friends on Facabook.
